URBAN is a portfolio of 14 assets dedicated to last-mile logistics.

Twelve of these assets are located along the core “Dorsale” axis and enjoy excellent accessibility, each situated close to major consumption hubs.

With a total lettable area of approximately 80,000 sqm, the portfolio comprises warehouses ranging from 4,000 sqm to 11,000 sqm, offering significant re-letting upside.

A comprehensive energy and environmental upgrade program is also underway, with the goal of achieving environmental certification.
