Meet the TEAM

ALBAN MARION

Formerly responsible for investment and logistics asset management at Hemisphere, Alban also handled the structuring and management of financing after more than five years at HSBC in real estate financing.

He has approximately ten years of experience in real estate investment and investment operations structuring.

After obtaining a Master’s degree in Finance from the Toulouse Business School (TBS), Alban earned a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Alliance University in Bangalore, India.

MARC BOUCKENHEIMER

Beginning his career at HSBC REIM, Marc gained significant experience at Générale Continentale Investissements (GCI), where he was involved in both acquiring new investments and managing existing operations.

He later co-founded Hemisphere, where he served as Director of Investments on numerous commercial real estate transactions in the Paris region.

Marc holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from HEC Montréal and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the London CASS Business School. 

He has been a member of the Urban Land Institute since 2016.

AMINE HOMMIRI

Amine began his career at Amiral Gestion within the buy-side equity research team, before joining Constructa Asset Management, where he contributed to the development of the investment division and participated in the acquisition of various asset types — including offices, residential properties, and schools — for a total value exceeding €300 million.

He then joined Hemisphere, where he led the logistics division, overseeing a €500 million portfolio of industrial, logistics, and office assets. He also managed several conversion and urban redevelopment projects, such as transforming office buildings into student housing.

Amine holds a dual MSc in Finance and a Master’s in Management from Grenoble École de Management, and is AMF-certified.

MAXIME DURAND

Maxime began his career in real estate as an investment capital market analyst at Groupe Babylone, where he completed an internship.

He then joined Edmond de Rothschild REIM in the Fund Management department for a mission aimed at contributing to the tax and legal structuring of several professional funds, such as FPCI and OPCI, as well as the creation of a general public funds (SCPI).

He also participated in the development of the investment strategies of these funds.

LUCIEn LEBLANC

Lucien began his career at Société Générale, where he was involved in structured financing operations for commercial real estate assets on behalf of institutional investors.

He developed strong expertise in valuation, deal structuring, and risk management specific to institutional real estate investment.

Lucien draws on a rigorous academic background, having earned a Master’s degree in Finance & Asset Management from the Sorbonne, followed by a specialization in institutional real estate through the Master 246 program at Université Paris Dauphine.

 

CAMILLE DELAVEAU

Camille held the position of agency director at Helloprêt for several years.

She gained substantial experience in structuring real estate financing solutions.

This hands-on experience allowed her to develop a strong results-driven mindset, along with solid skills in organization and operational discipline, enabling her to combine structure and rigor in complex environments.
