With a total leasable area of 75,000 sqm, the portfolio consists of warehouses ranging from 10,000 sqm to 22,000 sqm with significant potential for lease reversion. The assets are let to major tenants, such as KIS, or Tecnoglobe.
The redevelopment of certain assets, especially in tight markets, will lead to significant value creation.
