H LOG 2 is a portfolio of 7 logistics warehouses.

Most of the assets are located in the heart of the Central Logistics Hub and enjoy excellent accessibility. Three of them are located in the Rhone Valley corridor, in a high-demand market.

With a total leasable area of 16,000 sqm, the portfolio consists of warehouses ranging from 10,000 sqm to 50,000 sqm with significant potential for lease reversion. The assets are let to major tenants, such as KIS, or Tecnoglobe.

The redevelopment of certain assets, especially in tight markets, will lead to significant value creation.

A comprehensive energy and environmental improvement campaign is also underway with the aim of achieving environmental certification.
