JASMINE II is a logistics park dedicated to last-mile delivery, located in close proximity to downtown Rouen.

JASMINE II comprises four logistics buildings totaling 30,000 sqm, along with a business park consisting of three light industrial buildings covering 6,000 sqm.

The business premises were developed by ATMOS CAPITAL and its partners, and pre-let to high-quality tenants.

An energy and environmental improvement program is currently being rolled out across the logistics buildings, with the objective of obtaining environmental certification.

The park is currently occupied by high-caliber tenants, including AIR LIQUIDE, UPS, GSE, and PERRENOT.
