AMILLY is a logistics site located in the south of the Île-de-France region, near the economic hubs of Montargis and Orléans.

This project addresses the growing demand for high-quality logistics real estate in a strategically expanding area.

The development consists of:

• A first building: A 7,000 m² facility already leased to an international player.

• A second building to be developed: An additional 6,000 m², divisible into 2,000 m² units, offering spaces built to the highest standards. This building will target a BREEAM Excellent environmental certification, ensuring sustainable performance.

Although the two buildings are independent, they are also designed to operate synergistically, enabling optimized management and use.
