JASMINE is a portfolio of 3 logistics warehouses.

The three assets are located in the heart of the French Logistics Corridor and enjoy excellent accessibility. Two assets are located in the Southeast of France, near major cities. The third is located in Île-de-France, in close proximity to Paris.

The assets are Grade A divisible and modern warehouses that offer functional and adaptable spaces. The portfolio is fully leased to 3 quality tenants: Kuehne+Nagel, ID Logistics, and SPG.

With a total leasable area of 35,000 sqm, the portfolio consists of warehouses ranging from 7,000 sqm to 15,000 sqm with significant potential for lease reversion. Developments on available land reserves also provide a significant value creation perspective.

An energy and environmental improvement campaign is currently underway with the aim of achieving environmental certification.
