The assets are located in the heart of the Main Corridor and the Atlantic Corridor and enjoy excellent accessibility. Two assets are located in the Greater Center of France, one in Hauts-de-France, one in Grand-Est, and the last one on the Atlantic Spine. All are located near major cities.

The assets are Grade A divisible and modern warehouses that offer functional and adaptable spaces. The portfolio is fully leased to quality tenants, including Rovensa, Grand Frais, and DPD.

With a total leasable area of 35,000 sqm, the portfolio consists of warehouses ranging from 5,000 sqm to 12,000 sqm with significant potential for lease reversion. Developments on available land reserves also provide a significant value creation perspective.

An energy and environmental improvement campaign is also underway with the aim of achieving environmental certification.
